Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you send us through this website.
Last updated 16 October 2026
1. Who this covers
This policy covers rmacsystem.com — the public website. It describes what happens to information you volunteer here, for example when you request a demo or ask about pricing.
It does not cover data processed inside the RMAC platform on behalf of a subscribing agency. Where an agency uses RMAC to process debtor information, that agency is the personal information controller and we act as its personal information processor under a separate data processing agreement.
2. What we collect
- What you type into the demo form — your name, agency or company, work email, mobile number, and optionally your portfolio size, the plan you are considering and your message.
- Basic request data — the IP address and browser user agent recorded with your submission, kept as a record of the request and to limit abuse of the form.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, loads nothing from a third-party content network, and does not track you across other websites. The only cookies are the session and CSRF cookies your browser needs to submit the form safely.
3. Why we hold it, and for how long
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up about RMAC. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the operating company and its authorised representatives.
Demo requests are retained for [24 months] from the date received, then deleted, unless you become a customer — in which case the relationship is governed by your subscription agreement.
4. Where it is stored
Submissions are stored on this website's server, hosted in a managed data centre. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
5. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectify, to erase or block, to damages, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, or to complain, write to:

You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
6. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you already sent us will be notified by email.
