The terms that apply to this website and to an RMAC subscription.

1. This website
The pages on rmacsystem.com describe the RMAC platform and its commercial terms. They are an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, plan contents and add-on availability may change; what binds is the subscription agreement you sign.
2. Subscriptions
RMAC is licensed as a monthly subscription. The plan you choose determines the number of included users and the depth of the features available to you:
- STARTER — ₱7,999 per month, 5 users included.
- PROFESSIONAL — ₱19,999 per month, 20 users included.
- ENTERPRISE — from ₱39,999 per month, 50 users included.
Prices are in Philippine Peso and exclude applicable taxes. Upgrading a plan does not migrate you to a different product — your clients, portfolios, accounts, history and configuration remain in the same environment.
3. Add-ons
Add-ons are optional capabilities billed separately from the subscription, either as a monthly module or on usage (message credits, per mobile user, AI credits, asset volume). Activating an add-on creates a separate recurring charge; cancelling one does not affect your subscription or your other add-ons.
Usage-based add-ons consume credits. Credit expiry, rollover and overage rules are stated at the point of purchase.
4. Users and access
Each user account is for one named individual and must not be shared. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of your users, for keeping credentials secure, and for deactivating accounts when staff leave. Users beyond your plan's included seats require the Additional Agent Access add-on.
5. Your data
Data you load into RMAC — your clients, portfolios, accounts, debtors and collection history — remains yours. In respect of personal information about debtors, you are the personal information controller and we act as your personal information processor under a separate data processing agreement, which forms part of your subscription.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the debtor information you endorse into the platform, and for complying with the rules that govern collection activity in the jurisdictions you operate in — including permitted contact hours, permitted contacts, and do-not-contact requests.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use RMAC to harass, threaten or deceive any person, to contact anyone who has validly withdrawn consent, to send messages that misrepresent their sender, or in any way that breaches applicable collection, consumer-protection or data-protection law. We may suspend an account that is being used this way.
7. Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn 10% of eligible recurring subscription revenue and 2.5% of eligible recurring add-on revenue from clients they refer. Commission is generated only where the referral is properly attributed, the client holds an active subscription, the client has paid the applicable invoice, the transaction is eligible under the Affiliate Agreement, and the affiliate is active and in good standing.
Commission becomes payable after the applicable validation, refund and chargeback period, and is paid on a monthly cycle subject to a minimum payout threshold. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake registrations and other abuse disqualify the commission and may terminate the affiliate account. Commission stops when the subscription or the individual add-on it relates to ends.
Affiliate participation is governed by the separate Affiliate Agreement you accept on registration.
8. Availability and support
Support levels differ by plan — standard support on Starter, priority support on Professional, and SLA-based support with dedicated onboarding on Enterprise. Any service-level commitment is the one written into your subscription agreement.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment or for a breach of section 6. On termination you may export your data for [30 days], after which it is deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.
10. Liability
RMAC is a system of record for your operation; it does not make collection decisions for you and does not warrant any recovery outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to [the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim].
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of [venue] have exclusive jurisdiction.
